CALL: Process Diagnostics in consortia

process optimization with those responsible
for managing research groups
A consortium project requires a high degree of process competence on the part of the project coordinator in every phase. The Dialogue Platform can work with you on optimizing your processes. You will receive an individual assessment of your project's current status and can plan upcoming tasks in a targeted manner.
The tool enables you to make an internal group evaluation of the extent to which the conditions for a successful project process are fulfilled, including in regard to the selection of participants, common goals and questions in the group, the coordination and networking of the sub-projects, and regarding synthesis building and organization of work in the group.
The methodological basis for the diagnostic discussion with you is a task matrix for research network management, the development of which goes back to extensive practical experience and accompanying research on research groups. It was passed on for years by the DFG, for example, and helps in asking the right questions at the right time. In addition, it includes many practical tips for finding answers that fit your research group.
You can request the process diagnostics on short notice. It can be done once or be repeated over a longer period of time. The analysis discussion is guided and moderated by the Dialogue Platform coordinator. The research group is responsible for documenting and evaluating the results.
If you are interested or have questions, please contact the Dialogue Platform coordinator, Dr. Sören Stange, at any time by telephone or e-mail: E-mail inquiry | 030 314-23864.
